Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By adding Task Assigner ("the bot") to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, remove the bot and stop using it.
2. The service
The bot helps Discord servers create and assign tasks, set who may assign or unassign them, collect accept or reject responses, track progress and send logs. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the bot to harass, threaten, spam or abuse anyone, including through task titles, notes or reasons.
- Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the bot's permission checks.
- Don't use the bot for anything illegal or against Discord's rules.
4. Server administrators
Administrators decide how the bot is configured in their server, including groups, rules, blocked assigners, notifications and loggers. You are responsible for telling your members that task activity may be sent to the channels and people you choose, and for the content your members create.
5. Availability
The bot is provided free and as is. We don't promise it will always be online, error free or keep your data forever, so keep your own copy of anything important.
6. Termination
You can remove the bot from your server at any time. We may restrict or remove access for servers or users who break these terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, missed deadlines, or any indirect or consequential damages from using the bot. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the bot after an update means you accept it. The date above shows the latest version.
