Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Discord identifiers: user, server, channel and role IDs, and usernames.
- Task data: titles, descriptions, priority, due dates, status, who assigned and who received a task, progress updates, notes, accept or reject reasons and task history.
- Server settings: prefixes, groups and their members or roles, assign and unassign rules, blocked assigners, response and notification modes, and logger destinations.
The bot reads message content only to spot commands that start with a prefix or a mention. It does not store those messages. We don't collect emails, passwords or payment details.
2. How we use it
Only to run the bot: create and show tasks, check permission rules, send notifications and logs, and keep your settings between restarts. We don't use your data for advertising or profiling.
3. Sharing
- We don't sell your data.
- Task messages are sent by DM or in a channel to the people involved, depending on your server's settings.
- Loggers send task activity to the channel, person or group a server administrator chose.
- Discord processes the data it carries under its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider stores the bot's database.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in a database on the bot's host and is only accessible to the bot's operator. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep data while the bot is in your server and until you ask us to delete it.
5. Your choices
- Server admins can delete groups, rules, blocked entries and loggers in /settings, and unassign tasks with /unassign.
- To have your data or your server's data deleted, contact us below.
- Removing the bot stops new data being collected.
6. Age
The bot is for people old enough to use Discord, which requires being at least 13 (or older where local law says so). We don't knowingly collect data from younger users.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
